WNBC Next is aptly named. This progam showcases the next generation of journalists. WNBC has tapped into the graduate programs of Journalism and New Media at Columbia University and have enlisted the best and the brightest to be a part of this innovative internship program.

Under the guidance of senior managers at NBC's flagship station, these budding journalists will complement their studies with real-life experience learning the inner workings of a major market newsroom and the process used to develop stories and newscasts.
